Very pleasant staff. Easy to fill out the pre-registration beforehand. I felt that they were actually concerned I am following through with their recommendations. Literally takes under 2 minutes to fill out the forms and agree that I’m not a robot ;).

The PA ( Renee) was great. She understood what I was trying to explain, and explained the situation. Renee was very helpful and presented me with all the facts. She was very thorough and put my mind at ease. I will be having more tests run at the Royal Oak main hospital
