I was waited on in a very timely manner even though I said I needed antibiotics but the Nurse Practitioner said I had no white spits in my throat but I’m still coughing up yellow cold and my throat is still hurting.

I booked my Covid test online for 12pm. I didn’t get taken back till almost 1:00. They are so busy there and do their best to see everyone but it’s a long wait. The thing I didn’t understand was why I had to see a Dr? If I had gone to CVS for my test I wouldn’t have seen a dr and just the test results were needed for my upcoming surgery. I didn’t see on your website where I was required to see a dr.
