Front desk receptionist was very nice. Came into your facility with severe pain in left flank. Met with PAC Milton, was send home advising it maybe trapped gas/ kidney stones. No palpitations of painful area, no escalating to a hospital. Which is where I ended up due to the immense pain!! Staff should be trained in emergency care / treatment.

I had an appointment I made online and I showed up 5 minutes early.. When I arrived there was only one person in the waiting room. Four people came in after that and were called back within minutes. After waiting 35 minutes, I asked if someone forgot about me. They said no and they were 2 hours behind. That didn’t make sense since no one was waiting, except me. Ten minutes later I was called to a room. I told the doctor and she checked with staff and came back in room and said they were backed up. I won’t be going there agai... read more

The nursing staff was wonderful. So nice and cheerful. The Nurse Practitioner I had was a Bitch. She wouldn’t even take the time to listen to my Back history. She was over opinionated and she was right and what I added was wrong. She knows everything.

I normally never leave reviews but it’s the day before Thanksgiving and I am extremely sick and hate that I even had to go into a doctors office. I never get this sick. The receptionist at the Little Mack location is cold and makes you feel like a bother. I did get seen quickly but for what?? Only to be given the run around. Not only did the “ doctor “ not tell me what my diagnosis was until after she said I was all set to leave and I ASKED. She then proceeded to say oh yea.. it’s “PROBABLY “ a bronchitis “ type” illness..... read more

There were comments made that I “didn’t look pregnant at all” even though I stated I am 32 weeks, which I found inappropriate, even if nothing negative was meant. The doctor also seemed to brush past how I felt about my symptoms, stating having trouble breathing is “only going to get worse and makes sense since I’m 32 weeks” even though I am having trouble due to being sick with sore throat and chest. I overall felt the bedside manner was lacking.

While my experience was pleasant, I had to called back because the Nurse Practitioner forgot to send over one of my medications to the pharmacy. Upon calling back, I spoke with MARIAH. MARIAH IS RUDE AND NEEDS TO TAKE A TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE COURSE. Encountering someone that’s rude when you’re already feeling poorly is unacceptable!

If I make an appointment online I shouldn’t have to wait an additional hour after my appointment time to be seen. People coming into urgent care already don’t feel good. Some of the staff were not professional. Ordering breakfast at the front desk and the person in the back that took my vitals had me take my sweater off (I was already freezing) but never took my BP.
