The physician was great but the other staff members were not wearing name badges & did not introduce themselves or title (MA, RN etc)
Everyone that met with me was caring and concerned. I was taken at my appointment time and wait time was minimal.

Made an appointment on zocdoc for 6pm. Kayla was very nice and friendly and quickly checked us in. Didn’t wait long for the provider to come into the room. Amanda made my child feel very comfortable and at ease. She even came to check on her during the ear irrigation due to my daughter laughing. Over all a great experience.

Great experience and very efficient.
Went to Urgent care in a lot of pain from a fall. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. I did not have a long wait after my X-ray for the Dr to give me the results. He answered all my questions and gave me advice how to manage the pain.
