Went to Urgent Care on Woodward and Royal Oak. Had laceration on left wrist miter saw. Brianna the receptionist was really nice. Waiting time was minimal. My initial contact was with a medical technician who took vitals and asked me questions. I am sorry, but I cannot remember her name. But she was very nice to me. Dr looked at the wound and instructed Jaden the physicians assistant to suture. Jaden very tenderly and sympathetically gave a few shots of lidocaine and sutured the wound with three stitches. Your staff was warm, reassuring, and professional. The visit wasn’t lengthy and I left with the prescribed medication in hand so I could start it immediately. Very grateful!

I’d come back again if it weren’t for the illness part. PA Amanda was amazing! I wrote down nine questions pertaining to my condition. She patiently and methodically answered each one. She’s a physicians assistant, a teacher and an all around genuine human being.
