Finding our perfect home took a while, but Corey stuck with us through the whole process! He answered any and all of the questions we had in a timely manner! His costumer service went above and beyond. He even took the time to answer our emails from his vacation! I would highly recommend Corey!

When it came to buying a house, I was not new to the process. However, this time I was purchasing the home with my boyfriend so all the paperwork was actually doubled since we needed it for both parties. When we put the contract on our house we asked for 45 days but the seller came back with 30 days. Anyone who has ever tried to purchase a house knows 30 days is a very short window to get all the paperwork, appraisals, inspections and any other things completed. Buying a home can be confusing and stressful but Corey made it so simple and easy. He explained everything I needed to know and was quick with the paperwork and answers. He also got us to closing faster than I have seen from most lenders. He delivered on his promises and also helped us to save money with his recommendations for insurance. He is hands down the best lender around.

We chose GMH mortgage, and specifically Corey Kimple to help us purchase our home. We were recommended to him by a family. member. We had a great experience from the first consultation. Everything was simplified for us and the whole process, while complex, seemed very attainable. We worked with Corey for a few months and were definitely satisfied with our experience. I would recommend GMH to others interested in purchasing a home.

Corey made my first home purchase go exceptionally smooth! Any questions I had he replied promptly even while on vacation. I had numerous cost sheets done throughout the house shopping process and he always had them back within a day. So glad I went to Corey and GMH!!

Very personable, answered all my questions in plan English, quick to responds. I was thrilled with my experience it was actually easier then buying a car. Donna his assistant was amazing as well. I almost never fill out reviews but I was so impressed by there performance I felt compelled to do so.

Everything when extremely smooth. Closing occurred ahead of schedule and closing costs were less than original quoted costs. I will recommend Corey and his team to anyone in need of home financing. Thanks for the great experience!!
