Normally I don’t write reviews, not to say I don’t read them because I do, I am a bit leary of information on the internet but I took a chance and contacted Corey Kimple with GMH Mortgage after I read some of his reviews. My husband and I would recommend Corey to absolutely anyone! We came to him approximately 10 months ago now. We were struggling with what we needed to do in order to buy a house, credit, saving and paying off debt. Corey walked us through the process from square one. Corey Kimple was extremely thorough and knowledgable about the mortgage process. Corey took the time to explain in great detail what to expect during the entire mortgage process, from pre-approval all the way to closing. Corey explained what my expectations should be of him, the mortgage loan processor, underwriting, and the closing agent. He explained all of the critical points in the process and always had me prepared for what to expect next. I am glad we chose to work with Corey. He made the process simple, was very straight forward and honest in our dealings, and did a great job working with my family. He was very knowledgable in how a VA loan works. Also, my wife was expecting our first child and our son was born on the day we were supposed to close. Corey helped us reschedule and accommodate our new needs.

From the moment my wife and I walked into Corey's office, the three of us hit it off! Corey is an extremely intelligent, knowledgeable professional, with a cracking sense of humor! Ok... I know it's easy to just click all 5 stars on these types of reviews, but this time I mean every single star. We were introduced to Corey Kimple and GMH Mortgage via our awesome realtor, David Monsour. I knew once I met Corey, this was the guy I wanted to work with. During my experience as a first time home buyer, I couldn't have had a better lender. Corey Kimple is very thorough with all the information needed. He's quick to respond, and is sure to answer any questions. Corey's energy and up beat personality is a great attribute to work with. Especially, during what could be known as a stressful time. However, Corey was able to make buying a home a smooth process.

Corey was very easy to work with and very responsive to my needs. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family. He truly made my experience of buying a home as seamless as possible. He was always there to answer any of my questions and concerns as quick as possible. Corey is not only very professional but friendly and truly cares about the outcome of the people he is assisting in the Homeowners process.
