Lack of communication within their own team. They would all separately ask for documents without speaking to each other. When they would ask for things, they acted like they have been waiting for a period of time for a response even though it was the first we heard of a request. They do not communicate with you very well, you have to consistently call or email them with your questions. And when they do answer, it is never the same answer.
