Lance Forehand and his team in Elizabeth City, NC are amazing. They were so helpful in making sure we got the mortgage that was best for us. It was no fast sales pitch or pressuring us into anything. Lance spent days going over our finances and running scenarios to make sure that not only could we afford a mortgage, but so that we could get a mortgage and manage to still live the comfortable lifestyle we’ve become used to.
