I actually switched lenders even though it was going to mean a higher interest rate since rates had gone up since I started the process. Esther Spence-Crabb did more to help me before I even chose to move my loan to her than my initial lender had in more than two months. She kept me from having to spend money on legal fees that the other guy had said were necessary before he could move further. In a week she had everything needed and submitted to VA.
