I had been working with one of the nation's large banks for a mortgage. I had worked with them twice before and had no problems; however, with changes in their process, the effort with them was a nightmare. Lisa, being aware of difficulties with my previous attempts with a bank in North Carolina, decided to take on the project of getting me a home equity loan.
