If I could give negative stars, I would. Grace Home loans, a subsidy of Cornerstone Home Lending really screwed up big time. We were attempting to build a home. During the pre-approval process, we disclosed loan information to our loan officer who we were assigned to, Niiesha Earls. Well, some of our loan information we disclosed to her made us ineligible but she never told us. I had a great experience with Cornerstone. Nick was available every time I called him with a question.
This experience was professional and quick . They kept us in the loop day by day. They tried their very best to reach a goal of getting my kid enrolled in school . The closing was quick easy and informative. The referred realtor was also on point. I will use cornerstone again in the future. Thanks!
