Kelly was my loan officer. She, in the beginning was very helpful on my loan. It’s been a year and a half and I realize she messed up on my loan. When I text her back to ask questions she act like I don’t exist. She said in the next few days she’ll reply back to me but she didn’t. She’s inconsiderate and unprofessional. It’s very disappointing!
Kelley was great, the only issue we had was trying to get the final numbers for closing. I understand that it is normal for those numbers to be given 72 hours before, we had a unique situation where we needed a ball park figure earlier than that. While I think Kelley and the team did what they could to get us THE number we ended up getting a check for what we thought would be close. It would have been nice if there was a little more flexibility on your side with that deadline.
