Took my kitty for euthanasia due to mammory gland cancer and they absolutely terrified her, no compassion, threw a blanket over her head and tried to stab her with a sedative, when that didn't work, they shoved a muzzle on her, held her down while she was flailing and screaming, she did not die a humane peaceful death due to the vet, absolutely devasting and I have this memory forever, she deserved so much better, do not take your pets here, signe by my beloved kitty NOVA

We have traveled quite a bit with our cat and have visited dozens of vets over the years, even in other countries. I have never run across this sort of contempt for the folks that bring their pets for care. This is the second vet I have ever seen that pre-charges you for your visit and in both of these cases the reason they do it is because people don't want to go there.
