Will never use or recommend this clinic ever again!! We liked taking our two dogs there until tonight! Opey was bitten by another dog and got a 1 1/2 in laceration on his face, I called the vet at 8:15 pm and asked if they could look at him, I was told that since they close in 45 min that they wouldn't look at him and would recommend taking him to Tucson!! When I bring you an animal and ask about a lesion on an adopted stray cats tail and you tell me it's nothing all you manage to accomplish is to infect another cat and two human with ringworm. What did I pay you for exactly? A $4 blacklight from Walmart is apparently better at diagnosing animals than you are. Thanks. Now I get to spend a lot more money on treatments and have suffering animals.
I called to see if they could look at my dog because she hurt her foot. She was in pain and needed to see a doctor. The receptionist did not even let me finish describing my dogs injuries before she rudely informed me they couldn't see my dog due to being overbooked. I completely understand not having room- it happens. What I am upset about is her communication on the phone and her lack of care for my pets well being.
