We have traveled quite a bit with our cat and have visited dozens of vets over the years, even in other countries. I have never run across this sort of contempt for the folks that bring their pets for care. This is the second vet I have ever seen that pre-charges you for your visit and in both of these cases the reason they do it is because people don't want to go there. the worst veterinary hospital in Coronado, they have cancelled my appointments multiple times, even in emergency cases. would not recommend taking your dog or cat with them.

mrs. Cortez when she worked there was amazing towards my animals. they do have a good reptile vet there as well. after some issues found an amazing vet and switched :) also have amazing front staff!

The office staff was very rude when we had an emergency with our dogs eye. It was so bad we went elsewhere.
Wouldn't ever go back or refer to anyone. Too much wrong to put on here.
Will never use or recommend this clinic ever again!! We liked taking our two dogs there until tonight! Opey was bitten by another dog and got a 1 1/2 in laceration on his face, I called the vet at 8:15 pm and asked if they could look at him, I was told that since they close in 45 min that they wouldn't look at him and would recommend taking him to Tucson!! I explained that we could not get him to Tucson tonight and asked again if they could just look at him since they are the only vets open in Sierra Vista right now and he i... read more
