Two friends and I chose Black Bear Hanford for a quiet lunch. Arriving before the lunch crowd at 11:30 we placed our order, received our drinks and waited. After an hour with all around us receiving their food we asked about our order. Within minutes the manager, Annette Evangelho came to our table to apologize and comp our lunch. She stepped in and took care of whatever happened in the kitchen immediately. We were surprised and pleased to be taken seriously. Everything and I mean Everything is good here! Large portions, Quality, and well-cooked food. Taste and value thru the roof. Highly recommend taking home a pie/carrot cake/cobbler. They are to die for. I visited the Laughlin location and ate there each day of our vacation (3 days) because it was so good! Also got some hot sauce to bring home, Thanks, Black Bear Diner!!! We went to check out this place today, Christmas Day for an early lunch. Service was top notch and food was great. No more need for the trainers these guys and gals were pros!
I went here for the first time today. Great food. I was surprised at the quality of the food. The corned beef hash was real corned beef, not from the can variety.
