In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. I love coming here for breakfast on weekends (Long Beach)... they've got the best food and service anywhere... Love getting Joes Hobo Omelette with the country potatoes... always a treat :D
Love the one in Signal Hill. Now they're coming to Buena Park to replace Hof's! Hope it's as good.
