Went to Dr. Karmouche yesterday for an implant, and can't say enough good things about him and his staff. Dr. Karmouch is personable, extremely knowledgeable, and thorough. Getting an implant is never fun, but he worked efficiently and has a very calming style. He explained the post op healing process very well and I have essentially no pain less than 24 hours after the procedure, which is telling of the quality of the work he did. I strongly recommend him and his practice.

I recommend the new Leesburg office. My procedure was Quicker and less painful than anticipated. Dr. Kharmouche puts you at ease. Everyone is friendly.

Dr. Kharmouche is a true brute who seems to enjoy torturing his "patients". My procedures were some of the worst experiences I ever had in my life.
I had a procedure booked with this clinic for months. Because of my demanding work schedule, it took me over a month to secure sick leave. Wanting to be sure everything was set, I called twice — once on Wednesday and again on Friday — and both times the receptionist assured me it was confirmed and that the doctor was aware. Then, late Friday, I got a voicemail and text saying they were canceling because I supposedly missed a cleaning back in February. That’s simply not true. Dr Kharmuche had me trespassed from his office based on a LIE by his office manager. (During the middle of a long term, 10K PREPAID dental project). He went from 0 to 10 in front of his staff. I called the police. He's scary. Important: Record everything for your protection. They are very comfortable with being untruthful. Dr Panwar is amazing. I hope she can someday have a practice where she can keep HER OWN patients.
I took service from this location in Mar 2023 and while checking out they informed all good. But suddenly I recieved call from collections that I owe more amount than the estimated amount which I feel very bad. I did not receive the statement from this clinic till now and sending my account to collections feels very bad. I would not recommend anyone to this location as they are not proactive in collecting the payment and sending to collections making us feel bad.
