Awful experience, the dentist was misleading in terms of what they told me versus what ended up on my estimate, and they are price-gouging and attempting to scam people. They tried to add on tens of thousands of dollars in services that I didn’t need and, therefore, that my insurance wouldn’t cover. When I tried to ask them to price out only what was medically necessary to be consistent with what the dentist had told me during my appointment, they never called me back.
Had an appointment scheduled and did not receive text message about confirming until the day before the appointment due to phone issues. Once I confirmed the appointment I received a text message that the appointment had been confirmed. Then I received a call saying that since I did not confirm that they had given my appointment slot to another patient. A real pro. I appreciate Dr. Kharmouche letting me select my favorite music to listen to during the surgery. I felt almost no pain. Right now, I am recovering from my dental surgery according to plan. Using simple Tylenol and ibuprofen as he instructed are keeping me from feeling any pain whatsoever. I'm looking forward to my smile being back to 100%.
Terrible experiences. On my first visit I was kept waiting for more than an hour. On subsequent visits I have found Dr. Kharmouche to be overbearing and dismissive. He is very pushy and disparages the methods of other practices.

I was referred to Dr. Kharmouche, I spoke with him before coming in. He spoke very nice and pretended he would be my doctor on the phone. Once I went in he gradually, after the first visit, passed me on to another less experienced doctor in his office without asking me if its ok. Both doctors examined my mouth and commented on the procedures to follow. I was given the impression that Dr. Kharmouche would be still involved and oversee everything. After having a procedure the office cancelled 3 of my follow up appointments, absolutely insane and unprofessional. I had to pay out of pocket for my family dentist to remove the stitches because this office could not see me! If I ever have to see another specialist, I will find one that values their patients.
