Today marks 1 month since my rhinoplasty with Dr. Jacono. This was a revision rhinoplasty for me (with another doctor) that left me feeling embarrassed, and truly upset with my nose. As I live outside of the US, I did my research and spoke to several NYC Plastic Surgeons, fearful of another disappointing result. I am a physician myself and I highly recommend Dr. Jacono. Knowing that he has performed 1000's of rhinoplasties, I knew I could trust his surgical ability and I was correct! From the scheduling process (Jaime was a delight to work with) to the surgery and recovery, everything went smoothly. I had gonial angle implants put in, chin augmentation and fat grafting. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. And Dr. Jacono was really personable and very patient in answering my many questions.

Choosing Dr. Jacono for my surgery was the best decision I've ever made! Overall, he is professional, has great bedside manner and is a gifted surgeon. After my consultation, I felt it in my gut that he was the person I could trust to perform my rhinoplasty. He addressed my concerns about my dorsal hump, nasal tip/nostrils, and the projection of my nose and the outcome of the surgery is everything I imagined it'd be! I definitely feel much more confident and I'm glad to have chosen Dr. Jacono to execute my dream nose !
