Choosing Dr. Jacono for my surgery was the best decision I've ever made! Overall, he is professional, has great bedside manner and is a gifted surgeon. After my consultation, I felt it in my gut that he was the person I could trust to perform my rhinoplasty. He addressed my concerns about my dorsal hump, nasal tip/nostrils, and the projection of my nose and the outcome of the surgery is everything I imagined it'd be! I definitely feel much more confident and I'm glad to have chosen Dr. Jacono to execute my dream nose !
After having endured two prior unsuccessful procedures, I was beginning to feel I would never be happy with my nose and ultimately my face. I was afraid to do this for the third time but the pain and depletion of my self confidence was unbearable. Finally, being referred to Dr. Jacono was a light at the end of the tunnel. I exhaustively scoured the internet studying hundreds of before and after pictures. One surgeon’s results were consistently superior. I call him the Michelangelo of plastic surgery, Dr. Jacono. Almost nine years ago I had liposuction and a chin implant with an average surgeon on the Upper East Side. I found him by doing a Google search for “best plastic surgeons” so be careful! The implant he chose was better suited for a woman and to make matters worse, he put it in crooked. The liposuction was decent, but had pockets and t... read more
