I cannot express the happiness Dr. Jacono and his team has brought me. My revision rhinoplasty and septoplasty is better than I imagined. I came in with a scooped nose, missing definition in the bridge as well as raised nostrils and a bulbous tip. The septum had also collapsed on one side which made it very difficult to breath. Dr. Jacono is literally the most knowledgeable and talented surgeon I met and I went to a lot of other doctors in the Greater NYC area. Literally the only negative is he is so popular that sometimes your appointments get rescheduled because he is over booked always which in hindsight if you think about it, isn’t such a bad thing. Personally I rather go to plastic surgeon that everyone wants and have to wait a little longer, than one nobody really goes to and so you always get in on time. I am 54 and regularly get taken for younger, but my upper lip was my problem and I had long given up on it. I honestly thought there was nothing i could do to change it. I basically had no upper lip, had a load of smoker lines despite not smoking — how?— and felt it was the part of my face that aged me most. At 47, I feel young and vibrant and I wasn’t pleased with the fact that my eyes seemed to be aging much quicker than the rest of me. The name of his practice says it all - he is the person to trust if you are considering making any enhancements to your face because he listens and translates into your desired result.
