I had my lower eyelid surgery with fat transposition done by Dr Jacono. This is a very sensitive area as a fraction of extra pull can cause an unnatural , wind swept look. Obviously i was worried about the procedure but after initial consultation with Dr Jacono , i knew i was in the right hands. Hjs staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Andrew Jacono is a kick ass doctor. 2 Years ago after a big weight loss and the beginning of my changes I started to see my face drop and that small pull of the turkey neck begin. Oh boy I wanted to die, this is the one thing I feared since being a teenager. And so the research began in 2016 to find out how to fix this mess. A terrible accident had destroyed my entire left face, I had over 20 hours of surgeries and worked with numerous top plastic surgeons in NY. that makes me a total expert at being a patient and picking surgeons. two of the surgeons didn't think that I had enough space between my lip and nose and that I would look strange after lip lift. It took years for me to get up the courage to do these surgeries, but I looked through thousands of photos and read thousands of reviews and finally chose Dr. Jacono. There is something very sweet and kind about him and he isn't cocky, like many can be. The surgery went well. The recovery was longer than I anticipated but it may have been due to the fact that I am older and I also take an anti-depressant. The results really are amazing.
