Repairs - great job They put a platinum head on my diamond because I worried that the prongs might eventually break. They said the repair didn't need to be done right now (honest) but I did it anyway because the price was very low for the repair.
Mervis Diamond Importers I just had two business transactions with this store. The replaced the head on my engagement ring, and it turned out beautifully, and LESS than their reasonable estimate. They also provided an up to date estimate for my diamond. My husband also bought his first diamonds for me here...and they really educated him. Knowledgeable staff, personalized attention I went to Mervis after shopping online and visiting several other jewelers. The service is very professional and polite; you wait in a large private room and receive the personal attention of one of the Mervis salespeople. The salesman that I dealt with was happy to explain all the rules of grading diamonds, and go through the process of comparing various stones with me (which I had already picked out on their excellent website). Great service. We couldn't be happier. We went to their main location at Tyson's Corner and the experience was just perfect. We were helped by Lisa, who was really so nice and managed to find exactly what I was looking for. The ring is just perfect. Oh and Ronnie Mervis himself came around to say hello and make sure we were being treated right. What a great surprise!
