Although I experienced an unexpected wait, staff was apologetic and offered complimentary items to make up for the delay. The staff was professional and kind. From free consultation to pre-op, actual surgery, and post-op follow up were beyond my expectations. Especially, surgery was well prepared and all involved clinicians and staff members were professional and extremely mindful.
