Although I experienced an unexpected wait, staff was apologetic and offered complimentary items to make up for the delay. The staff was professional and kind. Nikki provided thorough information during the consultation and clarified information as she answered my questions. I am looking forward to a successful procedure.

From free consultation to pre-op, actual surgery, and post-op follow up were beyond my expectations. Especially, surgery was well prepared and all involved clinicians and staff members were professional and extremely mindful. My surgeon, Dr. Jones thoroughly explained what to expect during procedure and it certainly made me calm down. I went into the operation room with full trust and confidence in surgeon and his staff members. And my surgery was successful.

My coordinator was pleasant, very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable asking questions and expressing my desires, She made some good recommendations that I should take into consideration to guarantee the best results.. I left a little more knowledgeable than when I came in. and I’m seriously considering having LPS so my procedure. Still doing my due diligence tho.
