Excellent service, as usual. Rich's had been to my house over the years to repair my ac, heating, install water heater, new water pump, repair broken plastic pipe, etc. They fix it right the first time and the price is always competitive. I only call Rich's. Carmine and John came out this time to replace a valve and igniter on my 21 year old furnace. I'm very happy with the work.

Being deployed and having to have work done at home 2 states away...Wow, Rich's Plumbing & Technician Nicolas were on time... They had my service completed in no time and identified my other water problem and set up time to complete it. With service like this my 30 day leave is going to be alright... Thanks
