The guys came through again today! Had line clogged and a number of other clogs throughout the house. Wilbur came first thing in the morning and had me back in business by lunch time.

Carmine was awesome.. He removed my very problematic & badly connected tankless water heater, and put in a new standard 40 gal. heater. The job was done promptly 👍

Their service was excellent!! Carmine repaired two PVC leaks on the spot. This was after two other local plumbing services said I needed a new water heater. Rich's service cost $189. while the other two quotes were for $3400 and $4800. Beware of being ripped off - always get a few quotes! Will be using and recommending Rich's in the future!!! Thank you Carmine.
