Carmine swiftly diagnosed a clog issue and replaced an elevator pump in our home. Carmine was prompt, professional and took time to show us how the installation went and explain how the system worked. I was able to get an appointment quickly and Carmine was very timely and let us know when he would be arriving accurately. Work was completed quickly and to a good standard. I would highly recommend using Rich's and will be contacting them in the future for plumbing needs.

I called Rich"s Plumbing this morning to replace water heater which busted & leaked. Within 20 minutes i had 2 knowledgable techs pulling the old out & installing the new one. tThey were awesome! They replaced our water heater and removed all debri in record time. My family & I thank you& you're team.

I called regarding a toilet issue and they sent a technician (Joe) within 2 hours. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and all around great guy. I would use Rich's again and request Joe. I would highly recommend them!
Our sewer line was clogged for a few days. We tried to unclog it ourselves with a 25ft drain drum auger with drill attachment with no success. Decided to call Rich's, Rich Jr and his helper Anthony was here in about an hour and within minutes he immediately knew what to do and had a plan. He snaked the line up to the main trap and freed up the clog in about 30 minutes. We are absolutely going to call Rich's again for future service. These guys were literal life savers.
Rich’s plumbing did a good job. The technician Nicholas fixed the clogged kitchen sink. He was professional and diagnosed and got the job done quickly. First time I called Rich’s plumbing. They did same day repair and were professional. Thank you for the service.
My experience with George from Rich's Plumbing was better than I ever expected. He arrived on time and had to tackle a few tasks that we needed remediated. One of them turned out to be much harder than originally thought. George was dogged and wouldn't give up until it was fully fixed. Took extra time and effort and still asked for the originally agreed to price. He never gave up and my family and I will be able to enjoy our holiday weekend now, without worries. Thanks, George!
