Friendly and helpful Friendly, and helpful. The RV spot was easy to get in to. Access from 6am to 10pm. I was told if not happy with the spot they would let me change. I would use them again and recommend them for the price.
It's your basic storage fascility in the heart of Boston. Does the job. Check in was quick and easy. Guy on staff was friendly and helpful. I've only had my stuff and my car there for a week so can't really report beyond that. I wish there was a place inside to store a car rather than leaving it outside - but what can you do? The unit I got was small (5x5) but plenty of space for what I had.
Prime was amazing. Our experience at Prime has been great. Staff is amazing.

Absolutely the Best in the Business! This experience has been PERFECT from start to move in and will undoubtedly continue because the commitment to EXCELLENCE is clear from the start! The Manager is super efficient and just the nicest gentleman!
