made the task easy reserving a storage space with this facility was by far the easiest part of this whole move.
Wonder customer service The manager, Miss Mackenzie, is the best! She is super helpful and on top of her job. They have a kiosk as well with virtual assistants who were very helpful as well (shout out to Miss Mady who was great!!).
The only complaint is getting locked out 4 times while I was here Good place to store my beach stuff
Eli was great to deal with Eli was wonderful to talk to on the phone. He answered all my questions and went over everything with me and was patient. He got me all set up to move in on July 10,2025. Thanks Eli for all your help. You Rock!!
Prime storage I had a great moving day, unit was clean. Customer service was great. The cost is very affordable! I would recommend this company to all.

Great facility but late check-in hrs Just wish the office was open earlier- we were there at 8am to start and the office doesn't open till 10. After driving 2 full days and wanting to offload the truck and return it (and wanting to start early because it's July in SC) ﾃｰﾅｸﾅ椎ｾ, it was disappointing that we had to wait till mid morning to even get started.
