Quick and Easy Process - Great Customer Service Quick and easy process to obtain a unit. Crystal was terrific and reached out almost immediately upon my booking the unit, providing all details needed to access successfully. The only challenge is the actual sliding lock on the unit. It's hard to open / shut unless you line it up perfectly. It's taken a few tries, but not a barrier.
