Manager was very helpful Unit was very clean. Need to have some kind of ramp to get motorcycle in units.

Everyone was GREAT to work with.. Everyone was fantastic to work with,,. starting with my first call on line talking with Francisco(Fran) then speaking with Randy at Prime Storage.. once I got there they went beyond to help me get settled... right down to getting the combination lock to work. The small unit is perfect for for my needs at this time... and their give away program gave me just what I needed. Extremely happy... now I can get on with relocating and my car is not so full to travel. 5x5 unit was the. bomb

Darrin in the Office is The Best. STOP CIGARETTE SMOKING IN UNITS Darrin Was So Friendly and Helpful. One Note: Pleas don't allow people to SMOKE in units! The day the movers arrived with My moms home contents it smelled Horribly of Cigarette Smoke!!! I ALMOST CANCELLED!!! I was afraid everything would come back stinking like SMOKE!!! I made an extra trip back the NEXT DAY to see if it still smelled of Cigarette Smoke. It did NOT. Great experience all around! Friendly and helpful staff. Great help and great experience! The one thing I would prefer is to have more lights working in the basement. Itâs fairly dark in front of my unit and hard to see..

Typical insecurities of on line assitence and booking Place is very Nice , people very easy to work with. Secure gate very comforting. Cost is on par with the area ,very heavy demand I understand .
