Great storage The office staff has been very professional and helped ful and has met all my needs! The entrance which was not level and had a super large puddle has been worked on which is great!

Great facility Just beside my statement saying if is a great facility will certainly search for another storage because of the price much to high. Being a veteran have to search something cheaper. Must also say that the person in charge has great customer service to show
There are no major issues. I do wonder why there is a price increase every year. The higher rents should be applied to new customers and the established customers' rent should remain steady until the point that Prime Storage would be losing money and not before that point.

I highly recommend them and refer them to others when I get the chance. It is a clean and safe facility and the staff makes me and my storage feel important to them.

It's a nice size storage unit. It's a nice size storage unit. Wish the dirt and sand and dust didn't blow in as much as it does. My stuff is filthy. I've been there for a few years now and need the space you offer. So I can't complain. Since Prime has taken it over the grounds are much cleaner and nicer. No more three foot weeds in front of my door. I hope the prices don't keep going up and up because it will price me out of there and I'll have to find another less expensive solution. So far, it has been doable. Thank you.
