Great staff. Very friendly and very helpful. This is my first storage unit ever. It's not very big and we haven't had it very long but I was really impressed with the friendly helpful staff and the overall cleanliness of the facility.

Need lightbulb replaced in indoor storage area. Have asked repeatedly to have lightbulbs replaced in indoor climate controlled area to no avail.
Clean Storage Great place to store items. Clean climate controlled not bugs or critters. Realized that we could have replace all the furniture we have stored there over the years with what we have paid in rent 14 years.
full service storage, Nice place, not exactly easy to get to, but that somehow makes me think of it as more secure. Parking and storage in one place. Easy to navigate, but it is difficult to make the turn and punch the code in to enter the gate. I feel the number pad could be better located. Good service if you get the younger girl, that works there. Overall a good place to store your stuff, security is good and access (ounce inside the main gate) is easy.
