Very good service Great customer service, I showed up when the person in the office was on his break and he still took the time to explain how things work and was very very friendly. I didn't catch his name but he had a dog and he was so helpful.

Great Customer Service, smooth,easy move Perfect check-in at front desk,very helpful setting me up in the correct size unit,answered all of my questions, no extra add on fees(small insurance fee),use your own locks,cool and clean inside unit with drive up door,well lit and air conditioned. Clean restrooms,use of rolling carts from car to storage. Very good value,safe and secure.Enter your code to drive in and out at the security gates. Happy I chose Prime Storage.
