Great location This facility is on my way home and easy to get to.
This company deserves the best praise! Prime Storage in Chapel Hill SAVED ME!! I was put in a really uncomfortable and difficult situation regarding my car on campus and I couldn't find any reasonable solutions until Prime Storage. They got me set up for the cheapest price and took care of me so well. I am so thankful to Derek who was working this day and was so kind and helpful.
So far so good Clean facilities and the representative at the desk was super helpful and considerate
Friendly The staff here is the best. They were so friendly and showed me right to my unit. Last storage I used were not so friendly and I had to find my unit myself. Prime storage answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I think I will enjoy working with this company.
