Easy access to the storage facility. Ieshia was a dream to work with...very efficient, professional, personal warmth. Explained everything thoroughly. This was my first time renting a storage space and she made the whole experience great!!! She needed to come to my rental unit to show me how to open the door and did not show any annoyance at my stupidity. EXCELLENT customer service skills!!
Pretty basic storage unit. Really my only issue is that the door opens inward... it takes a solid 3 feet of my space. If my 10x5 is actually 13x5 then I am perfectly okay with it but the door not opening outward is super lame.
Excellent I had a positive experience with the manager who was pleasant and knowledgeable. The process went smoothly and was easy to do. I would recommend Prime Storage.
