I'm so thankful for Prime Storage. I was desperate for a storage unit for that day. The other places called were to costly, or not open, or didn't have any. Great service. Service was excellent. Your staff really went above and beyond to handle our move in after the hurricane. They had no internet but used their cell phones and remote person to make things work.
Professional service The gentleman who checked us in and set up our account was extremely professional. We have more to move in.
Online process Everything was so easy to do online. They even have a no contact check in process.
I think this is a good place to store your things I just recently moved to this state, so I donât know too much to say but I was welcomed very pleasantly when I arrived the other day. The surrounding looked clean and I am impressed. I think I made the right choice.
