Customer service was okay, very unclear on their wording of a refund. The storage is great and we appreciate the discount. However when we are told to bring a copy of our insurance to them within the next few days to get a refund for their insurance. We expect them to hold up their end of the deal. Instead we get a credit. We donât even know if we will be there for another month. At least explain that youâll be getting a refund back in the form of a credit. That was never mentioned. Other than that itâs okay so far.
