So Far, So Good The move-in process was simple, and the customer service was great. Having easy access to a nearby dolly was also very helpful. There were a few bugs in the unit, but I guess thatâs what happens with an outdoor storage unit. I just moved in, but overall it was a pretty good experience.

Great customer service! Very easy to do an online rental and sign your rental lease. I was a bit nervous because I was renting storage through Sparefoot and they appeared to be a third party site but when I talked to someone directly at Prime Storage they confirmed my rate plus my 2 free months, no problems. Check in was easy at Prime and the space was good. I did leave 4 stars for cleanliness because it had some sand on the floor and the on site person offered to sweep it out but I declined.
