So far I am very happy with the facility and the service . The customer service was great ; I had been given a space that wasnât going to work and the manager quickly worked to resolve this problem and put me in a spot that is working out great !!

Wonderful experience So far, so good! I had called 4 places in the area and left messages.......still waiting on them to return the calls. Prime called within the hour and we're so very pleasant and helpful. I went over checked it out and was sold! Excellent customer service and very friendly and courteous! Unit was very clean and well maintained!

They Truly Care. I had to rent a extra storage unit days after my 1st. Then I brought a family member up there for a unit. Having 3 pleasant interactions with Mike & the young lady showed me that they were not only good at there job but they cared about people. Priceless experiences.
