Great experience with Prime Storage! We needed a storage facility for our newly purchased RV. I called Prime Storage and spoke with Myra. She was awesome!!! I then received a call from Jess, one of the Prime Storage managers. She reviewed my reservation and answered all of my questions. At check-in, I met Jess and she provided great customer service, and even drove me back to my RV so that I could pick-up my bike.
Great Experience! The staff was helpful and friendly. They made the check in a breeze!

Fair priced and clean storage with friendly service I was really impressed with this group. The units are clean (I did rent an indoor unit FYI) and they have the best pricing in the area.
It was easy. I was a little irritated at first because it seemed like we were playing phone tag but the process overall when we finally got together was simple and easy I got my emails I filled out my forms got them turned in I had no problems accessing the units the gate the only problem that I did have was trying to get out I did not realize there was a keypad on the left hand side at the end of the building and I kept pulling up to the gate and it wouldn't open, but when I called the office number the gentleman answered p... read more
Wonderful place with great service The manager did a great job. Quick, professional, personable. Gave us cold water bottles, which was a blessing considering the weather. Highly recommend this place.
The place is fine, mostly or all outdoor. Itâs a storage facility. I canât find anything bad to say about it.
