Renting a unit was quick and easy, and the customer service was excellent! Scott at the front desk was great and made the whole experience easy.
Straightforward process Proce is decent for an indoor climate controlled unit. Its what we need and its not too much.
Prime storage - Jefferson - so nice and helpful! The manager Chrissy was so friendly and professional. She made moving in to a smaller unit from my original unit so easy. She helped me every step of the way. If I could give her as a person 5 stars I would. Iâve had a great experience with prime storage in general but the people make the experience 10x better. They helped me to move my car with in 3 hour They are great. I had to move my car same day as I called them. They helped me to hold the nearest option and I was able to move my car with in 3 hours.

Great place to store your belongings. Everyone was very nice and did not mind taking us to look at the units before we got it. It was not a long process neither.
