Simple and easy Great experience, easy to move in!
I am a first time storage unit renter. So far so good! It has been a great experience so fall far. The only complaint is the keypad for the exit gate is so far away from your car and the gate that opens. Very challenging to get to.

Very professional I needed a space to store my trailer. I searched the web and they showed a space available. I called to confirm and the web information was correct. We arranged for me to be there the same day. Everything was easy. Service rep was great and I moved in to the space in less than one hour. Great experience for me. Personal experiences with other local storage facilities has been no where near this experience. Prime Storage is in another league compared to the other local facilities.
Very good service at the office. Very good service in the office. The unit was shoveled out for access and the unit was very clean.
Great service all around Lucky to get a space. Service was superb, paperwork smooth and quick because some items were emailed over later. Got a good deal which made the pricing perfectly reasonable. Would use again any time.
