It was a complicated process, and most people involved weren't used to the type of loan we were dealing with. Cortney absolutely did her best, but it was just out of left field on how to deal with this style of closing.
It was a very stressful but she was helpful throughout the entire process.

when i didn't understand something she was right there
Cortney did all she could possibly do to help me understand something that just didn't register with me. I know numbers but my strength is being a chemist. However, Cortney didn't make me feel dumb or stupid. She just made me feel normal and always told me that she understood that it's a lot of information.
