CORY IS INCREDIBLE! I applied for on VA Loan with USAA and was disapproved 24 hours before closing day 42 of 43 RIDICULOUS.!!!!!! Communication would be helpful. If there are deadlines, communicate that to the customer before 3pm the day before something is due. If there are changes to the fee disclosures, perhaps let them know the change and why the change. 3 days before close is a bad time to tell the customer you need to bring another $10k to closing because the earnest money isn't accounted for.
