Your team didn’t communicate clearly with our title company. I was in communication with them the whole time you guys were telling the client that you were cleared to close two weeks before you were. I don’t think it’s appropriate to miscommunicate or make promises and then not deliver. The closing was nearly delayed, and it was much more stressful, because docs numbers and figures never made it to Title in a timely manner.

Very discouraging early on because of the number of people involved and us not knowing who they were or what their role was in this process. Maybe we were told and just forgot? Had to Re-Send several docs and not understanding why, since they were just sent a few days earlier. Lots of hands in the cookie jar…just needed to know who and why.

Communication and knowledge of the professionals under the VP branch manager was sub par. Unfortunately those are the people the client deals with during majority of the process. While understanding no mortgage loan is perfect or near flawless, I feel a lot of oversights were had and could have been avoidable. These things delayed aspects of the closing and duplicates of information wasting time of the client.

Cory and team were very attentive, got us a great rate, and answered all our questions along the way. The process was very fast and we closed just a little over a month after we started the process. The speed was sometimes a little intense but in the end, we were pleased with the rate we got and the Barsch team made that happen.

I would have appreciated more personal contact...a call or even a text, once a week, at least, letting me know of status. Guess I am old fashioned. I called at the very beginning of the process, to introduce myself. That is the only time I spoke with Cory. Everything went smoothly, but I would like to have heard that along the way.
