I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My dad has been living at The Cottages, and we couldn’t be happier with the care and lifestyle here. The food is excellent, he talks about it all the time. The new Food Service Director has made a real difference, and you can tell meals are prepared with care. The programs are great, and there’s always something for Dad to do and he has to be busy. The residents in his building are active, involved. What stands out most to me is the staff. I visited this facility Pacifica Senior Living Palm Beach was very clean, friendly, and open. It was exactly what I was looking for. The staff was very attentive and very nice. The facility was very nice and very secure. The rooms were very clean. They didn't have furniture. We have to bring in our furniture, but they're very open, big, and comfortable.

I visited this facility I toured Pacifica Senior Living Palm Beach. I did a tour with Summer, she knows all the members by name. They don't consider it as a facility, it's more of a community, and I saw that sense of community there. I also like the relationships she has with all of the members there. They talk to her, she interacts with them. She's not too busy for them even though she's on a tour. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mother is in Pacifica Senior Living Palm Beach. She likes it. She only speaks Spanish and there are other residents that live there that are also Hispanic, so she feels comfortable there having other friends like her talking the same language. I think it's very secure. It's clean. It doesn't look institutional. It looks like a home. It's very homey. They have activities every day. They're playing bingo. I visited this facility I went to Pacifica Senior Living Palm Beach and spoke with the administrator. She was very knowledgeable. She answered my questions before I could ask them, so I was impressed with that. The facility was nice. I loved the fact that they were living in their own little place, kind of like in their own little pod, and that they could go and be on their own if they could. I visited this facility Pacifica Senior Living Palm Beach was lovely. The staff was super. They have different cottages and they try to group the people according to their needs or their capabilities of doing things so that people of the same disabilities or having the same issues are kind of together, in the same house, and I think that's important. I visited this facility I toured Pacifica Senior Living Palm Beach for my mom. I find them to be more strict as far as us seeing her and taking her places. The lady who gave me the tour was phenomenal. I couldn't have been happier with her. The place was pretty clean. Memory care was separate from assisted living. It was nice that they had little pods where they were with the same people pretty much all the time. They were free to go about the grounds but these people were closer. I visited this facility I was very impressed with Pacifica Senior Living Palm Beach. There were several cottages with around 10 to 12 people in each one, depending on your level of memory care. Each cottage had its own facility with its own cook that was there constantly. Each cottage had its own activities on the level of care that the residents needed. It was clean and maintained very well. I have nothing negative to say about it. The staff was very caring. Overall, it was a good place.

I visited this facility I toured Pacifica Senior Living Palm Beach. The staff was very professional and helpful. That community seemed very family-oriented and I liked that. It was also very homey and very clean.
