This establishment is a great one that always has an upbringing vibe. I have been here plenty of times and there has never been a problem. I also think it is genuinely great to interview with our elders and listen to their amazing stories.
All the facility staff are very helpful and courteous.
Everytime I come to visit my mother I get the chance to speak to [name removed]. She always super friendly never just a hello always goes that extra step and wants to know how I am and if there is anything she can do to help. I also like the fact that she remembers me and my family by name. Need more like [name removed]. I have more but out of room.

Initial visit was great. They are very accommodating and offer many levels of care. The facility is very clean and well organized. WE also learned Pacifica is very flexible when it comes to visiting our Mom and they can accommodate all our needs. Plus they can assist with her pet. [Name removed] was very helpful as well.
