Wow, helpful staff from several units all showed such dedication to the residents. Impressed with how many staff have been at the facility for years rather than transitory employees. Grounds were very nice. Cottage concept great. I feel my mom would have a place that would "allow for" the changing stages of her condition.

Upon my first visit I was very impressed with the exterior of this facility and going into the front office and the rest of the facility was very warm and inviting. The atmosphere with the staff was warm and professional. It was like going into a friend’s home. My opinion of the facility and staff is a 10 on a scale of 1 – 10. Thank you.

My husband has been at Pacifica for almost 1 ½ years. In September we brought my mom here and I can’t tell you how much, I love and appreciate all the staff and caregivers, maintenance worker, housekeepers – all are so warm and caring. I know my loved ones are truly loved and cared for. It means so much to have this kind caring atmosphere. I love it!!

I love how quiet and peaceful the community is. When I visit my brother we always sit outside and enjoy all the green landscape and flowers. The community is always clean and well kept.
